Strong Core 4 Week Series (Livestream)
​
Tuesdays & Thursdays
12:00 - 12:30
(May 3 & 5, 10 & 12, 17 & 19, and 24 & 26)

$65/series or $10 per class

Each class will be only 30 minutes but will be 100% focused on developing core strength!

This series will combine yoga, Pilates and strength conditioning exercises to awaken and strengthen front and back core muscles and target common areas of weakness or instability. We’ll get a good stretch in in the beginning and toward the end of our work. As always you'll be encouraged to modify and rest as needed.

WHY is a strong core so important?

A strong core is vital for so many reasons: First and foremost, a strong FRONT core will support and protect your BACK. Focusing on core strength trains the muscles in your pelvis, lower back, hips and abdomen to work in harmony. This leads to better balance and stability, whether in sporting/recreational activities or everyday life. Your core stabilizes your body so you can move in any direction or stand still without losing your balance. A strong core will also help lessen your risk of falling AND lead to better posture.

NEW IN-PERSON CLASS SERIES 
​Wednesdays for 4 weeks

 5/25, 6/1, 6/8 & 6/15 5:00 - 6:00pm 
at the Multomah Arts Center in Multnomah Village
 $45 for the series of 4 or $12 per class


Hatha/Deep Stretch will be held in the Dance Studio.
​Each class will vary, consisting of some movement, breath work, and time spent exlploring poses and adapting them to our individual bodies. 
 
Contact me to register and let me know if you are signing up for the whole series or which date/s you want, and your preferred method of payment. Be sure to bring your own props to class.
(Please reach out to me if financial hardship is hindering your attendance to these classes. I want everyone who wants/needs to attend to be able to do so.)



Private Yoga
