Strong Core Series
Each class will be only 30 minutes but will be 100% focused on developing core strength!
This series will combine yoga, Pilates and strength conditioning exercises to awaken and strengthen front and back core muscles and target common areas of weakness or instability. As always you'll be encouraged to modify and rest as needed.
WHY is a strong core so important?
A strong core is vital for so many reasons: First and foremost, a strong FRONT core will support and protect your BACK. Focusing on core strength trains the muscles in your pelvis, lower back, hips and abdomen to work in harmony. This leads to better balance and stability in your movement practices AND your everyday life. Your core stabilizes your body so you can move in any direction or stand still without losing your balance. A strong core will also help lessen your risk of falling and lead to better posture.
Can't join in live? You can still participate!
You can request to receive a recording of any classes you register for to do on your own.

YOGA in the PARK

These classes will be sprinkled throughout summer in order for everyone who wants to attend them to get a chance to practice outside.
